The practice is part of the Teignview Veterinary Group (centres in Dawlish,Teignmouth and Torquay), with our main site at Dawlish. On site, we benefit from certificate holding specialists in ophthalmology and small animal surgery (at Dawlish) and in dermatology and cardiology (at Teignmouth). This will provide extremely efficient local referral should your pet have a more complex problem.
As a practice, we continuously strive to improve the skills of our staff and range of equipment and facilities available. To date, the majority of this development has happened at our Dawlish site. In 2008, the decision was made to expand the services available on site at Teignmouth and to move the cardiology and dermatology referral work to this site. This has meant an invest in new ultrasound and radiographic equipment to go alongside the operating facilities already present.
This year we are looking to expand our range of services through the purchase of endoscopic equipment and upgrading our computer systems. We are also in the process of expanding our cattery area at our Dawlish branch to allow more boarding of cats on medical treatment whilst owners are on holiday.
